Just in case you don't already own it (or just want particular tracks), my latest, greatest record, Deathless is officially available on Itunes now so you can go there and listen or download by clicking on the link above. Also, by the end of the year, three of my cover songs will also be available online through Itunes and Rhapsody. Out of the twenty songs I recorded, only three were optioned for shared licensing. I managed to acquire a distribution license with the record companies that own "What Jail Is Like, There Is A Light That Never Goes Out," and "Less Than You Think." This way, strangers can buy those when they come across their favorite artist on Itunes, Rhapsody, etc. For instance, when they type up "There is a Light That Never Goes Out" on a search engine, my cover also will pop up alongside The Smiths, hopefully prompting people to listen and learn about who the hell this Automatic Pilot guy is. Maybe they'll even buy it even though I'm not in this for the money of course :) But since I've already paid the record company my percentage share, it'd be nice to get some hits even if it was surprisingly hella cheap to get this all taken care of thanks to CDBaby.

McConaHey! (Dance Mix Featuring Matthew McConaughey)

Wanted to do one more fun little dance tune before I pack up my music equipment. It'll be played on Nick Digilio's show on WGN radio sometime this weekend.

Old Demos/Songs Posted

Click on the link above and under the heading Miscellaneous you'll find a wild, embarrasing collection of demos and songs from the past featuring the hideous "BiPolar Medley" that took clips/snippets from 4-track recordings that I unfortunately wrote before I had a voice or could even write a song (I think my Jello Biafra imitation could be the most God-awful thing I ever committed to tape but it's good for a laugh). Also there are some tunes from my first band Midian in addition to some instrumentals and remixes. More to come as the ultimate archiving of my shit continues! Also I'm collaborating (sort of) with Trent Reznor on a remix of "Only." Well so are many other musicians but once that's done expect another shameless shout-out. Also here's the third and final single from the upcoming Einstein's Creation record due out in July. Remember it's free so just email me if you want a copy!

So yet another endeavor in which I kind of recollect and talk out certain moments from my past/present in a different light as opposed to songwriting or typing out a lengthy journal entry. This is kind of another experiment I came up after people started leaving Phoneposts and whatnot. I suppose it's more like spoken word than my babbling into a cell phone but I hope it at least sounds sincere. It's another form of communication that I plan on pursuing as opposed to writing all my thoughts/feelings out. Further proof that I think too much but this at least allows me to get it out in a productively creative way. Also, for the future, when and if people leave PhonePosts, you may be subjected to a dance remix courtesy of yours truly. This is just how I vent and wind down after a long, hard day of work. Anyway here's part one in my spoken journal entry edition. If you think it's lame, all apologies. If you think it's cool or bother to listen, then I'll keep doin it.

Please download my latest 7-track EP which I've written over the past month to deal with my chronic stomach pain. Four of the songs have been uploaded before but there are three new ones and in the proper track order listing. If you like it or feel like being really nice, feel free to donate anything via Paypal whether it be two cents or two bucks so I can pay my rent this month. You can also slip a couple of bucks in the mail too. Thanks for listening, and if you download seven MP3s this year --- make it these. They're special. Comments are always appreciated and spread the love in your journal about the new tunes. Much appreciated!
